Step 2: Customizing a plan

What is the best way to move you toward your goals?

Ideas are formulated around methodology.  Will your project involve facilitated meetings, training, market research, an event, ideation, proposal or a report?

We review the information collected during the consultation and develop a comprehensive proposal outlining goals, deliverables, timelines and pricing – all designed to specifically meet your organization’s specific needs and circumstances.

Step 3: We meet again

At this meeting we discuss the proposal, volley ideas back and forth and create a collaborative plan designed to achieve your goals and stay within budget.

Step 4: Refining the proposal

Changes discussed in Step 3 are finalized.

A signed proposal and a 25 per cent deposit are required.

Step 5: JUMPSTART!

Implementation of the plan!

Step 6: Evaluation

Review methodologies, deliverables and outcomes.
